The Winter Law Firm PC is dedicated to providing exemplary estate planning services to clients in Riverton, WY, and surrounding areas. Rather than dividing our services into several areas, we focus exclusively on estate planning, Medicaid planning, and asset protection. By narrowing our focus, we offer specific services that are thorough, complete, and up-to-date with any changes in the law.

Plan for the Future

Do you need to create a will to ensure that your property and other assets go to the people you intend? A trust to protect and manage your assets in case you are unable to? Medicaid planning to avoid losing your assets to long-term care costs? William T. Winter, J.D. is not only experienced but is also a published authority on these subjects. For estate planning services, call 307-856-1929 to make an appointment today.

Preparation With Compassion

Considering the future for aging parents, a family member, or yourself is a difficult process. Some people actively avoid these conversations and plan to sidestep the emotional elements. Mr. Winter offers complete, authoritative advice with compassion.

Winter Law Firm PC BBB Business Review

How WLF is dealing with Coronavirus Concerns:

It’s everywhere. Talk about the Coronavirus and its effects on daily life. Here at the Winter Law Firm PC we are treating this as a “business as unusual” situation. For clients who wish to meet at our offices, we are using the best practices for hygiene, as prescribed by state and federal healthcare officials.

If you would prefer to have a “no bodily contact” meeting, we have two choices available. First, if you have a video camera-equipped device (i.e. a computer, an iPad, a tablet, or smartphone) then we can set up a video conference for you. We will have a face to face remote meeting. This is my favorite alternative.

If you do not have a webcam available, we can arrange for a teleconference instead of an in-person meeting or video conference.
If you are signing documents, we can mail them to you and do the signing using a video conference or teleconference.

We are here to serve you until the concerns surrounding the current healthcare challenge passes, and life returns to normal. Until that time, please let us know the best way that we can serve you.
